As an independent consultant, I joined Home (Beeem) during a transitional period when the organisation was still finding its rhythm and establishing clearer engineering processes. Over my twelve-month journey, I delivered significant improvements and shipped high-impact features across the platform.

This included the development and deployment of the WL services, as well as completing and enhancing a node-based microservice, adding recurring event capabilities and several other core features that strengthened the reliability and functionality of the service.

My time at Beeem also gave me the opportunity to work across a wide range of technologies within the AWS ecosystem. EKS, Cognito, ECS, S3, API Gateway, Lambdas and among others. The environment was rich with learning, and it expanded both my technical depth and operational confidence.

I had the privilege of working with a highly skilled, collaborative, and supportive team, a team that not only sharpened my engineering skills but also gave me the confidence to take on even greater challenges in the next phase of my career.
